Hooping is not just for kids. My goal is to spread the joy of hooping to everyone. If you want to try it and need instruction, this month I will start posting video tutorials for beginners, advanced, and a special category for people with osteoporosis. They will be posted on my blog by the end of August. There will also be a profile of how hooping has changed my life and is reversing my osteoporosis.
